Financial Reports

Measure L Program financial activity is presented for Board approval quarterly with the Districts’ standard quarterly financial statements. Subsequently, they are then reported to the Citizens’ Oversight Committee at their quarterly meetings. The presentation and approval schedule is as follows:

Quarterly Report	Board Approval
First Quarter – as of Sep 30th	November
Second Quarter – as of Dec 31st	February
Third Quarter – as of Mar 31st	May
Fourth Quarter (Year End) – as of Jun 30th	September
